Bsor River Scenic Trail

1 - Banks of Bsor river are carpeted with flowers (in spring) (39 Kb) 2 - Acacia blooms in Eshkol park (38 Kb) The Bsor River scenic trail goes along the banks of Bsor river, in the Negev. In the springtime these places are very beautiful.

The trail begins near the Eshkol park, a recreation area full of picknicking people. From a viewpoint in the park, there is a panoramic view of sand hills which dominate the landscape of this part of the Negev. Across the road from the park is a large ostrich farm with a lot of ostriches.

3 - An ostrich farm (24 Kb) The banks of Bsor were inhabited many thousand years ago. There are some archaeological sites along the trail, as well as pleasant nature, historical sites, and even a rope bridge near the southern end of the trail. 4 - The rope bridge over Bsor (25 Kb)
